Kissing with Confidence are currently celebrating their 20th year in business. Delivering transformational skills development working with clients worldwide, their Rainmaker, Teammaker and Pitchmaker Programmes have had demonstrable positive impact on their clients’ bottom lines.
The human performance element has always been their core focus: providing training on a face to face basis and showcasing the power of the performer with a blank flipchart in a high value sales context.
As the country closed down in March, it quickly became clear that working with clients face to face would not be viable for some considerable time – meaning that the “new normal” would require a significant adjustment to delivery formats.
Kissing With Confidence quickly began to focus on solutions, moving to training for large numbers through Zoom, providing new training content accompanied with printed and video materials to support the process for the delegate, ensuring a fully rounded training experience to deliver desired learning outcomes.
BB’s role was in assisting Kissing with Confidence to take their business completely digital: working with them to not only produce the tools they needed, but new positioning and key messaging to be used across multiple platforms.
Items produced included new digital learning support materials, alongside a new concept and bespoke digital portal – the KWC Wonderwall – where their traditional and highly effective flip charts can be viewed in real time during interactive events, and as a resource afterwards. This helped to translate the in-person performance to a digital experience, scalable from 1 to 1 interaction to a major audience event.
Our feedback from Kissing with Confidence is that the digital offering has changed the economics of their approach and, by reducing travel time and hotel stays for trainers, has allowed more time to invest in development and continuous improvement of their product range. Reduction of associated costs and ability to reach a larger and more geographically diverse range of clients has unlocked substantial growth potential. All this while delivering an exceptional delegate experience with significant ROI for clients and feedback rates of over 94%.
