
We’re looking for a Client Services or Marketing Executive to join our team in 2023, responsible for project management, marketing administration, and day-to-day client liaison.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong, dynamic team, working with some fantastic clients across a wide range of sectors, from hospitality, retail, drinks, corporate and third sector.
Every day is different, although a lot of the activity is the same: project management, liaison with clients and suppliers, taking projects from conception to completion, and ensuring excellent customer service, always.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
– Strong administration skills
– Ability to multitask
– Can do, positive attitude
– Willingness to learn new skills – and share skills, too
– Awareness of marketing and brand principles
– Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, together with a good telephone manner
– Experience in working with Website CMS, Canva, and Social Media (not essential but preferrable)
In this role you will be:
– Managing multiple projects from instruction to completion
– Liaising with clients, colleagues and suppliers on a regular basis
– Working with a number of clients and projects at once
– Proactive, flexible and client-focused
There’s a lot going on, a lot to learn – but you’ll be hitting the ground running with a supportive team to show you the ropes and give you the skinny as you progress, with ongoing training.
